The TEF1109P-8-63W features network extension technology that enables long-distance transmission of up to 250 meters using standard twisted pair cables, surpassing the traditional 100-meter limit. With built-in 6KV lightning protection, it serves as a reliable solution for monitoring networks.
Ports 1-8 support both IEEE 802.3at and IEEE 802.3af Power over Ethernet (PoE) standards, delivering a maximum PoE output of 30W per port and 58W for the entire device. In complex monitoring environments, network distances often vary; some camera terminals may be just a few meters away from the monitoring center, while others could be hundreds or even kilometers away.
The Tenda TEF11 series PoE monitoring switches utilize patented network extension technology and can support data transmission over 250 meters using existing twisted pair cables, effectively breaking the standard transmission limit. Additionally, these switches are equipped with a gigabit-linked SFP port, facilitating communication over distances of several tens of kilometers.
